Default webmail user account via URL parameter

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.

Is it possible to pass the email account to a cPanel webmail login via a URL parameter, so that the webmail account user only has to enter their email password.

For example, something like

.../frontend/x3/mail/webmailform.html?user=pete@test.domain.com&domain=test.domain.com

I know that this is available to the cPanel user when they are logged into a cPanel account. Is an equivalent available that does not require login to the cPanel account?
