I have a problem client who has her own "janedoe.com" domain
and almost always gets her mail from the web. In the process of apparently setting up her filters for "jane@janedoe.com", she's managed to somehow block a few key domains from emailing her back. I've looked and grepped and can't find out how or why, and whitelisting on spamassassin hasn't helped. A test of "test@janedoe.com" doesn't get blocked, and gets returned emails just fine.

"Jane" is refusing at the moment to create "jane1@janedoe.com".
Like I said, a problem client. I am trying to clear just the one email account

Will a regular deletion of the email account, perhaps with the help of Chirpy's MailManage program, and then a reinstallation of that same email account work to kill the filters that may have caused this, or is there some additional workflow required to completely purge all previous settings once squirreled away by this particular problem email address?
