Delivery Spoed - Spool Mqueue increasing

Hi there.
I have a Cpanel exim configserver hosting server that stoped the mail delivery this morning.
The emails pass throu the smpt and pop but got stuck on queue- increasing every minute.
I´ve tried restarting and resintalling exim & mailscanner. Also tried this procedures

But nothing seems to make the emails go/come.

Have you guys any hint on that?

After disabling completly ConfigServer MailScanner FE all new mail are comming amd going very well. Server Load also droped to normal rate.
However theres 120k mails that suposed to be sent / recieved during all day that are stuck, and are not being delivered.
Should I look for the CS support or you guys can help me on that ?
