DNS Zone Default - Always Accept Mail Locally

When I go to edit a DNS record, there is a check box at the bottom that reads:

"Always accept mail locally even if the primary mx does not point to this server"

It is always unchecked.

I'd like to it actually be checked by default, so that when I create a new account and in turn a DNS record, it automatically checks this box.

How can I do this?
