E-mail migration to cpanel

Hiya, I just started using cPanel to host a site that I admin for. I'm trying to figure out a way to move all my old emails to the new cpanel server, with out forwarding one by one. Is there a way to pull them off of the old accounts with POP3? If thats not possible, can I import the email data from Outlook?

Hello,

Is cPanel running on your "old" server?
If not you will need to figure what mail format is your old server running.
