Email can not be sent to only an email address

Hello,

I have a problem sending email to fl/yumi-m@t.vodafone.ne.jp from my server smtp.

Here is the error message: Administrative prohibition

Here is my server setting:

WHM 11.11.0 cPanel 11.15.0-C18335
CENTOS 4.5 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

Initially I was thinking that the email address was not valid. But it receives from other servers.

What is the setting I can change to send to this email?

Hello,

This is self learned lesson.

From my exim.conf I had this setup:

/etc/exim.conf was having the following entry

deny local_parts = ^.*[@%!/|] : ^\\.

which was modified to

deny local_parts = ^.*[@%!|] : ^\\.

This fixed the problem of sending email to the said email address because of / was blocked and unacceptable email character for local.
