    Default Email Forwarding Problem [moved]

Both me and my host could not figure this out: getting contact@mydomain.com to forward all messages to myotheremail@emailprovider.com.

    Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You can do it from cpanel

    Cpanel >> Mail>> Forwarders

The above for an individual account but for the whole domain
Cpanel >> Mail>> Email Domain Forwarding

Wasn't sure since you said "All Messages"

I tried that. I set it up so that contact@mydomain.com would forward to myemail@email.com, but when I tested it by sending an email to contact@mydomain.com, I never received any email at myemail@email.com

You have to check the exim_mainlog for more information regarding the issue.

Would my host have to do that, or could I?

I'm his host, and this is what I found in the exim_mainlog that related to his account
