Email not coming in or going out

4 days ago I stopped receiving email of any kind
I worked with Carol Host and after 18 hours I received 532 emails
then the same thing happened again
no emails
and my web page is down
any ideas
I am a novice and have not a clue what to do

Please check your mail server is up or not ? If it is not restart exim and you will be receiving mails.

For sites you can check the web server (HTTP) and NAMED .. if they are up . If not try restarting them as well.
