email problems with gmail, hotmail

I need your help.

We are with problems to devlivery emails to gmail and hotmail and a few more ISP's.

On gmail all email are delivery on the spambox and on hotmail are not delivery.
We already check if we are listed on a spam list but all test that we make say that we are not on the list.

Anyone can help me with that?
