Emails Disapearing from Inbox

A client of mine has contacted me saying emails are vanishing out of the inbox every few hours.

Is there a way of turning more verbose logging on for courier for a short time so I can see delete commands (assuming it's being done through imap, rather than through a shell command or from some other app).

Any thoughts people?

Checked the logs, surprise surprise, the client who was convinced the server was at fault is using a combination of IMAP and POP3.
