    Exclamation Error 554 to set mail - in cPanel 11.25

    Hello!

    I'm having the same problem, the client sends the e-mail from Outlook and return the error message:

    ======
    This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    xxxx@xxxxxx.com
    SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
    host mail02.xxxxxxx.com [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]:
    554 ironport-inbound02.xxxxxxx.com
    ======

    I tried setting the /etc/exim.conf and there is no line 'recipients_max'
    Even in the advanced settings in WHM Exim has this line.

    I do not know if you have something to do with my cPanel 11.25

    Can you help please? Thank you!

    Are you able to send emails using the cPanel web mail interface? Kindly try to send email using the cPanel web mail interface see whether you are receiving any error message?
