Error sending/receiving email

Hello, i reinstalled WHM and after i restored the backup files i don't receive any system emails and our customers can't send/receive emails ,too


There was an error sending your message: Failed to set sender: senderaddress@domainn.com [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: -1, response: )]

Please help me out.

Please check whether your restoration is completed with out any error ,i think your restoration is corrected.

Everything else is running ok.I think it has something to do with some settings in WHM.

did you checked your domain entry is on /etc/localdomains ? also please paste the entire mail header for verification.
