    Default Excess emails... how to keep on the queue?

    Greetings,

    I had on my server last year something that would keep in the queue all of the excessive emails from a domain instead of sending it to garbage.

    After I installed rbl lists, it desapeared.

    Cpanel says they dont have anything like that... and never had. Well, either I thought that is what I had but I didnt or I had something wrong that did that effect.

    Question:

    Does any one know how to do that?

    I mean... if the server has a limit of 100 email per hour/account, if the client sends 101 for example, how to keep that extra one for the next hour instead of returning it as invalid.

    Possible?

    This way I can limit the clients and not getting any risk of law suit for lost of data.

    AFAIK, there's nothing in exim to allow you to do that (on aper hour basis). You'd have to trawl through www.exim.org and the exim mailing list to see if it is possible.
