Exclamation Exim ACL rules best order ??

I would like to know which is the best acl rule order for exim.

Right now I have like this:

    1) RBL checking
    2) Exim Dictionary Attack ACL
    3) HELO CHECKING

And which are the best dnslists ? Im using bl.spamcop.net and sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org

Should replace sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org with zen.spamhaus.org - that's Spamhaus' recommendation too.

There are a lot of DNSBLs. If youa re going to use any DNSBLs, Spamcop is probably the most aggressive (as far as generating complaints from your customers abou not receiving mail).

zen includes the PBL, based on Policy Based rules.
I had a problem with that because my ISP doesn't want me to use my own server for outgoing mail. So, my own mail was being blocked from myself since the policy of the IP holder states I can only use them.

This can cause headaches, so I stayed with sbl-xbl.
