exim can use send email without smtp authentic

I have problem with exim.
i can use server to send from unregister domain in server. this's big problem can use by spammer to send email.

need help to activate smtp authentication from valid email.

SMTP Authentication is required by default in cPanel/WHM. Did you somehow disable this and now you are having users send mail without authenticating?
