Not sure I understand your question. Scroll to the bottom of the Exim Configuration Editor page and you see this message:
Note: Directly editing the Exim configuration file (usually located at /etc/exim.conf) will only work temporarily as an update to Exim will result in the changes being overwritten.

My problem is on Exim Configuration Editor -- Filters
I save the System Filter File to default = /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter
The problem is, after few minute or hours, the System Filter File will set as blank with error message 'The current value for this field is invalid. You must update it.'
May i know why that happen? What kind of process are redo back my previous setting ?
Are you editing that file or just saving the default file? If you've run into issues editing the config file you might just want to reset to defaults. Click the button for Advanced Editor at bottom of page, scroll to bottom again and select the option you'd like to reset.
