Exim rejecting mail for ransome

We are missing numerous emails for a wide variety of domains and regions. I turned off all spam software from the tweak options menu and exim congif editor. I also unchecked all the filter options.

I then went to the Mail Delivery Stats window couple hours later and noticed majority of the incomng mail got sent to the "Rejects" catergory

Is there any way to retrieve the emails that get sent to the "Rejects"? How can I sucessfully get my emails without it getting rejected by Exim?

First check your log (/var/log/exim_rejectlog) and look for the reason they were rejected. Post the results here.
