EXIM works on local not sending To net..

My exim is working on local machine , and doesnt sent / get anything from internet...

i am getting this error

Message 1IM0xW-000MET-6j is not frozen
delivering 1IM0xW-000MET-6j
/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /usr/sbin/exim: Undefined symbol "__res_state"

no errors in exim logs.

i am using Freebsd 6.1 with WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.10.0-S16448
any idea ?
