Hi there,
one client has complain today about him Roundcube cliente because all the folders created by him and the contacts has dissapeared. And the mail in him inbox in all unread.
In the root/hom/user/mail/domain.com/user we only see the usual folders (cur, new, .Trash ....) but not the personalized folders that he setted up.
There are two possibilites:
- We are thinking in an automatic update of Roundcube, but we don't see any backup of the mail folders.
- Past days we have move some accounts using the Plesk Migration Manager. Maybe it has done something wrong.
