In my cpanel user email account i got all bounces from mails sent by php mail() function. There is any way to foraward all those emails to another address?

Kindly check the error logs for the exact error message. You can get the error logs at /var/log/exim_mainlog. Moreover, you can set the forwarder by login to your cPanel account. Below mentioned are the steps to set the forwarder:

    1. Login to your cPanel account.
    2. Click on Mail icon.
    3. Click on Email Forwarding.
    4. Set the email forwarding for the particular email address and save.

Use a .forward file. Just place a file named .forward in the user's home dir, with the address you want mail fwd'ed to on one line.

A better solution would be to set the return-path in your php script. This is done with the -f parameter. Google it -- lots of help online.
