Global mail rules

I know it's possible to configure mail rules for each domain, but I want to know if WHM allows making global rules for ALL domains.

For example, I want all email messages containing "xxx" in subject to be rejected automatically for ALL domains hosted on server. Can I do it?

Nope. I dont think we have an option at the moment.
