having problems setting up account with windows mail

Hi.

I have added the info manualy into my windows mail, but I am having no luck getting setting mail up. I have put the outgoing mail sever to port 465, although there is no mention of an incoming port number, do I need one.
All the rest of the info I have added. I get this error

Connection to the server failed
Your IMP command could not be sent to server, due to non-network errors, this could for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.
