horde locking on login page

when my users attempt to access horde the log in screen shows.

Users select a language and click login. The system returns the same page again.

How do i fix this so that users can actually get to horde?

It seems that you are login to your Horde Interface from the cPanel. Try to login with the http://domain.tld:2095 or http://domain.tld/webmail and have a try.

no I use domain.com:2095

then click horde. used to work in Linux firefox now it fails.

clients using windows don't seem to have a problem.
