hostname/webmail redirect to https://webmail.hostname

on our server with WHM 11.23.0 cPanel 11.23.3-C25067
CENTOS Enterprise 5 x86_64 on xen - WHM X v3.1.0

was detected this problem for some users

when they type in their browsers hostname.com/webmail

the server redirect them to https://webmail.hostname.com
and in the browser has been displaied the page cannot be displayed

what must to do, to return the old redirection with hostanme and 2096 port

hostname.com:2096
