How can we transfer email accounts from previous provider to new provider.

We have recently registered with a new web space provider with "cPanel Build 10.9.0-STABLE 35". Our previoius provider was using "cPanel Build 10.8.1-RELEASE 30". Now we would like to transfer all our email accounts without losing any emails to our new provider server. Could anyone please help us in thir regard?
