How to change IMAP Port and Accessing Webmail?

Hi,
i want to change my imap port but i don't want a trouble with webmail. How can configure Horde, SquirrelMail and roundcube? how can i change imap port?

It's one thing changing SSH's port,
but standard services ---- not so much

Because i'm connecting internet behind proxy and a firewall. And don't use imap accept Webmail. I want to use it for socks proxy.
