How to disable helo check for a domain

I please need some urgent assistance.
One of my clients is not able to receive very important mails from a particular domain.

Obviously the domain has DNS issues but the client has to receive mails from this domain at all costs.
Currently the mails get bounced with:

...rejected MAIL <sender@domain.org>: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)

I do not wish to disable Helo check for all domains, I wonder if someone can assist me disable Helo check for this sender domain only
