how to enable spamassasin for all users??

Hello Dears,
Please i need to know how to enable spamassasin for all users account??
I have more than 400 account on WHM and when I make changed to exim or httpd the spamassasin configration is lost so i have to enable the spamassasin from cpanel to each user
Please is there any way to enable the spamassasin for all users on the WHM in 1 time??

WHM -> Exim Configuration Editor -> Turn on SpamAssassin for all accounts (Global ON).

WHm and Exim?

WHM is the WHM interface to cPanel/WHM, traditionally used by System Administrators and those with Reseller accounts with a web hosting provider.
