how to info user that email are delayed

i got this at exim queue
Warning: message 1MhsfZ-0001dk-Au delayed 24 hours

then i want info to sender that email are delayed. how to configure exim for this
option

So if I am understanding you are getting the error when trying to send, and it has been sitting in the queue. This means Exim is still trying to resend.

If there is still a problem the mail should be returned.

"No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for
some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message
remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up,
and when that happens, the message will be returned to you."

that correct, but sometimes i need inform to sender quickly. i have set

ignore_bounce_errors_after = 1d
timeout_frozen_after = 2d
