How to keep forwarded cpanel email on the server

Is there a way to keep mail that is forwarded via cpanel on the original server? Can I add the original emal address to the "Forward" list which will just loop it back or not? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just have it be both a pop account and a forward.

you definitely *don't* want to forward it back to the original account, creating a loop. It'll cause all sorts of trouble.
