how to limit emal message size?

How can I limit the size of emails that users get, and maybe even send?

You can set value to the variable message_size_limit in the exim configuration. This is 50M by default (total size, including message size and the attachment ).

I had a look at that option already, and that setting will be server-wide.

Is there an option / way todo this on a per domain / per account basis? i.e. Tom wants a 5MB limit, but Jane a 2MB limit
