Since cPanel allow to manage RBLs, I wonder if Exim/cPanel is querying those URLs or actually is downloading a local copy for fastest access. If it does a query, my question is if it wouldn't work more quickly by caching a local copy. And if it is actually reading a local copy of the listings, how often is it being updated? daily?
