I can send email but cannot receive with webmail

hi all,

i have problem with email. after i finish install cpanel/whm i have create new hosting account. after my domain name propagated.

i have create new email account with cpanel hosting.

I can send email to anywhere but cannot receive any email (webmail/pop3)

what the problem?

Hello,

It appears as though you may have a problem with Exim not running or not being configured properly. I would check to make sure it is running in WHM, and if it is without problems you may want to submit a ticket. Hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other questions.

Are you still having issues?

Did you check the logs to see if you can get any errors.

From the server run,

tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog

Then try to send mail to your account .

Have you set any email filtering rule in your cPanel?
