I got so much spam mail

So many domain get much spam mail , what to do for prevent spam mail ?
and how can i monitor that from which domain spamming is done?

Is this your own server or a cpanel account?

If its your own server, be sure to setup spamassassin in tweak settings as well as exim configuration editor in whm as well. There are lots of nice options available.

If you are on a cpanel account only, look for the spamassassin area and see if that is enabled. If it's not, ask your provider to setup spamassassin on the server.
