I have problem when use horde in Thai language.

In Horde mail. I have a terrible problem with THAI FONT for message email!
Some text can be read in thai font if we TYPING them, the rest cannot be read as we PASTE them (copy from other source).

I have 2 server.
This server can work
cPanel 11.24.4-S35075 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9

But this server can't work
cPanel 11.24.4-S36281 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9

May be problem in cPanel different version?
