    Default I want to add a "new (#)" icon on "Email/current accts"

    Hello.
    Im have just registered as new member.
    I'm acting as webmail administrator of my own website.
    I use it to anticipate and distribute tasks and workload along the day.

    On your cPanel/E-Mail mgmt tools/current accounts", you have the
    current columns arranged as follows: acct/ read webm/disk used MB/quota/functions.

    Question: How can I add a feature of "new messages (#)"
    in between of "disk used" and "quota"??

    I mean, can i customize or add features to this user interface screen;
    or is it a priority of website CPanel owners to incude it upon request?

    Tks, Logistika_tsm

    You're welcome to add this functionality yourself. Just be sure to make a copy of the x3 theme rather than editing it directly. You can find the x3 theme in /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend. I am not aware of any API call that would indicate how many messages are currently in any email account, but I'm sure a PHP or Perl script can be used to determine that rather easily by analyzing the contents of the new directory for the email account.
