I want to block a certain outgoing
I have a ticket system that sends out auto responders saying something like "we've received your requests, we'll get back to you"
For ONE particular email address we'll call it noreply@noreply.com I do not want to send an auto response to that address, but our ticket system is not configurable enough to let me do that. So, I want to tell exim on my machine "Don't send anything to noreply@noreply.com" I thought out adding a rule to /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter but was concerned upcp would over write it. Would it ? Any other suggestions? Jeff. |

There is no issue with the cPanel. There will be an feature in your ticket system to block the autoresponder mail to the particular email address.

No, there isn't a feature to do that. That is exactly why I asked the question that I did.
