IE 8 and Horde problem

When using IE 8 to access Horde, customers complain that the "Mail" folder tree can not be opened. I reproduced this issue on several servers. Using an older version of IE or Firefox doesn't produce this problem. Does anyone have a solution for this or should I recommend not using IE 8 ?

To get around this you can click the Compatibility View icon in toolbar.
