imap & outlook problem

Hi Chaps...

I have set up my emails on my desktop to receive via imap (works great because I use my iphone to read new emails when I am out (via imap))

Anyway... like an idiot, I have also set my laptop up for my emails, but I forgot to select it as imap and it's downloaded all my emails to my laptop (via pop3

What I want to know is....

Is there any way I can backup my emails from outlook, and then put them back on the server to allow me to use imap again???

I know that I will be able to from now on, but I would like all my old emails to be on the imap server aswell.

Any help please...??

It's easy in outlook drag your emails from POP folders to IMAP folders
