IP reputation issue

can anyone please help , our server ip 65.98.11.154 got listed in CBL & spamcop & it is mentioned there that donot apply for delisting untill you address the high volume outgoing spam issue, senderbase.org also showing poor reputation of our server IP, I've tried search alot on WHI & google/ cpanel faq's but couldn't find proper information on how to overcome from this issue,

It seems they have removed your ip from the blacklist now.

how do i find out outgoing spam?
how do i stop that process
