limit max mails/hour/domain

i read the posts regarding this but i still have one small problem, after i modify the number of mails in /var/cpanel/maxemailsperhour and run /script/build_maxemails_config the limit in the file is set back to the previous value located in whm -> tweak settings

running WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.5-R23897

any suggestions ? thank you

Edit /var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change the 'maxemailsperhour' value there.

/var/cpanel/cpanel.config superceeds /var/cpanel/maxemailsperhour
