Local forwards flagged as spam

Is there an easy way to make sure that local domain forwards are not flagged as spam? I'm running the latest stable build.

this is a simple "forwarder" forwarding form an account on one domain to an account on another domain

domain1 and domain2 are both local. I have both domains whitelisted in both cpanels but spamassassin still flags it:

Using your favorite Linux text editor such as vi or pico:
vi /etc/mail/spamassassin
and set the trusted_networks setting. You should include localhost, and either your servers IP, or the entire range of IP's that are on your server. If your servers IP address was 10.11.12.13, an example would be:

trusted_neteworks 127.0.0.1 SERVER_MAIN_IP
