Is there an easy way to make sure that local domain forwards are not flagged as spam? I'm running the latest stable build.

this is a simple "forwarder" forwarding form an account on one domain to an account on another domain
domain1 and domain2 are both local. I have both domains whitelisted in both cpanels but spamassassin still flags it:
