Default "Mail Box Full" Error on emails

I haven't been able to receive any emails since 12/31/08....I can send, but anytime anyone tries to send they receive "Mailbox Full" error message that bounces back. Anyone experience this, or have any ideas on how to resolve?

    Quick things to check:

    1. Is that mail account near or exceeding its disk quota?
    2. Is the cPanel account to which that mail account belongs near or exceeding its disk quota?

Same problem here. After Cpanel has done a update of his security some of our clients complain about the message that there mailbox is full, but they are not full

I highly recommend submitting a support ticket then so our technical analysts can take a look at your server: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
