Mail can't delivery

All mails at my server can't delivery to hotmail.com

It's appear when I click at WHM Main >> Email >> Mail Queue Manager >> Deliver Now

Can any one help me about this problem ?

I have the same problem here. I try to disable firewall, upcp - -force , eximup...

Is Reverse DNS setup properly on your IP addresses, is your IP blacklisted?

Check with the tools on www.dnsstuff.com as they are the most likely causes.
