Mail Password change Fails

Hello

I am new to Cpanel Admin.

I have a customer who changes his password in the email accounts GUI. This succeeds with no error messages.

The problem is when you web mail or pop the box it says the password is wrong when it is not

Is there any diags i can do or fixes people know of.

Try /scripts/fixpop .

If that does not help, try recreating the email account.
