Exclamation The mail server detected your message as spam and has prevented delivery (whitelist)

A person is trying to reach me but the server bounce back the error:

rejected after DATA: "The mail server detected your message as spam and has prevented delivery (100)."

Is there a way to add that e-mail address in a whitelist to bypass all the exim rules of my exim.conf ??

    Thank you

    Default Spam Help

    Hello,

I do apologize for your issue, in this case you can login to your cpanel instance. From there you will select your spam management (box trapper, spam assasin, etc) and click on it. You should see a link to edit whitelist. I have attached a URL to help.

    BoxTrapper < AllDocumentation/CpanelDocs < TWiki

    Thank you,
    Matthew Curry
