Migrate Email Accounts from Ensim

I'm almost done moving 120 sites from an old Ensim server to a new cPanel box. Most of the sites I've moved had 3rd party email solutions, making their migrations generally a snap. For the last few accounts that are using the system email functionality, can I copy their passwords from the .passwd file on the Ensim virtual host to the .passwd file on the cPanel virtual host?

I already have a mbox->maildir conversion tool, prefer to do this sort of this manually...thanks!
