multi user webmail in cPanel

I just had an update run on my linux server to update the email system. This resulted in the loss of NeoMail and the removal of the ability to login to webmail as a 'super user' to view all my email accounts in once place.

Is there any way of getting this functionality back? Should I install a different webmail application? Would this integrate with cPanel, and would cPanel allow this software to enable super user login?

NeoMail only supported the antiquated mbox format of storing mail. As a result, NeoMail nor any of its derivatives will work on a maildir system.

We did add functionality to Horde where if you login as the cPanel account owner, you would see a drop-down box for all POP3/IMAP/webmail accounts on your cPanel account and can switch accounts accordingly.

I have a hosting customer that wants to be able to check all emails received by all the accounts of his domain, but logging in with cpanel user on horde only 4 accounts are available (of 15). Is there any way to get the missing 11 accounts also available in horde with the account user login?
