Default MX Record for local hosted mail server

    Hi Friends,

Self have created a local email server ( ms exchange ) now i would like to create a new MX record for a new IP which is provided by the ISP.

I have a account on cpanel and it already has mail.xxxxx.zzz.aa and it redirects to another IP assigned by cpanel. Is there any way i can change this and create the mx record.

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks / Naufal

Just edit the MX DNS, something like

    domain.com. IN MX 0 mail.domainname.com.
    mail IN A NEWIPADDESS
