Default My IP got blacklisted. Can I send all emails thru another IP?

Some user sent out some spams, and got our shared mani IP RBL'ed. Is it possible to have all emails relayed thru another IP address in the same server?

Usually all the emails are handled by the main IP. Can I just add a new IP and set it as the default outgoing for my exim?

Or else, can I set another SMTP server so that Exim forwards all messages to it, temporarily, untill my IP gets delisted?

    Thanks

If you have another IP on the server then you can simply add that in the /etc/exim.conf file under the TRANSPORT section and restart the exim service. Henceforth, mails would be handled by that IP.

Note: This is just a temporary solution as eventually this IP might also get blocked if you do not eliminate the original problem resulting in the block.
